My research primarily revolves around Integrated STEM Education (iSTEM) and student learning in science classrooms. My current research delves into the operationalization of iSTEM and its impact on student attitudes towards STEM, especially in relation to demographic variables such as gender and race. My findings underscore the importance of a holistic, equity-driven, and integrated approach to STEM education and emphasize the pressing need for a more inclusive approach to STEM education.
